Anna M.M. Vetticad is an award-winning Indian journalist, cultural commentator and author of The Adventures of an Intrepid Film Critic. She specialises in the intersection of cinema with feminist and other socio-political concerns. She is a recipient of the Ramnath Goenka Award for Excellence in Journalism and the Chameli Devi Jain Award for Outstanding Woman Media Person of the Year 2025. Her book is an overview of the Hindi film industry presented through an account of a year in which she watched and blogged about every single Hindi language film released in India’s National Capital Region.
